Clive Lewis BSc (Est Man) FRICS
Clive attended the College of Estate Management and subsequently gained experience working for both property companies and surveyors. He joined Lewis & Tucker in 1973, becoming Managing Director a few months later taking over the day to day operation from his father. With an extensive knowledge of both the professional and agency sectors, Clive concentrates on property development, investment sales and funding. He has recently been involved with several hotel development projects. In addition he advises Clients on their investment portfolios. Clive is married with three children and his hobbies include swimming, cycling and travel.
Ronnie Joseph BSc MRICS
Ronnie joined the firm in 1985 literally straight from college (exams finished on Friday, started work the next Monday!), becoming a Director in 1991. Since then he has been involved in many disciplines including investment agency, commercial agency, management, and professional work. He specialises in Landlord & Tenant work acting for both Landlords and Tenants on all types of property all over England. Ronnie is married with 5 children and his hobbies include reading, swimming and hiking.
Alex Norman BA (Hons)
Alex has over 14 years’ experience in the property field. He joined Lewis & Tucker in 2003, after working for one of the country’s most prominent motor retail groups, managing retail sites and development projects. Alex is a Director of Lewis & Tucker and oversees the day to day running of the Management Department. He looks after a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail sites, office space, industrial parks and residential sites on behalf of a wide variety of clients, encompassing trusts, high net worth individuals and resident associations. He has developed particular expertise with regard to the legislative process, enabling him to provide in-depth advice which, coupled with a high level of personal service, ensures that all his clients and lessees receive a service that they know will be effective and efficient at all times. In his spare time, Alex, who is married to Carolyn with two children, enjoys playing and watching all sports and going on holiday.
Gideon Davies MRICS
Gideon is a Chartered Surveyor and Director and has over 25 years experience in the property market. He rejoined Lewis & Tucker in 2010 after several successful years acting as an investment manager for a property vehicle investing in Germany. With a vast experience in both UK and European Real Estate Gideon has been responsible for transactions in the UK including the purchase of city office buildings at 190 High Holborn London WC1 and John Carpenter House, John Carpenter Street, London WC2. He has advised on several shopping centres and retail portfolios in Germany including the Bero Centre Oberhausen and logistics units in Italy and France to a total value of over €500m. Gideon concentrates on core plus and added value transactions. Gideon has 3 children and his hobbies include table tennis and karate.
Having started as junior negotiator at Lewis & Tucker some thirty years ago Graham has worked for several large national commercial agencies including Grant & Partners, Catella and Lee Baron, dealing with all forms of commercial agency and development throughout the UK and Europe. Notable agency successes include the acquisition of Telewest’s 110,000 sq. ft. headquarters building in Woking along with many significant lettings on landmark schemes such as Sefton Park, Stoke Poges for LET, Croxley Park, Watford for Standard Life and many industrial and office lettings for Brixton Estate, J Saville Gordon, Royal & Sun Alliance BBC, Allied Dunbar and AXA to name but a few. Since 2003, Graham has run his own commercial agency as well as undertaking various residential developments of his own. Graham has now re-joined Lewis & Tucker as a commercial consultant to handle agency and development opportunities for both in house clients of the firm and to bring in new business.
Benjamin Goldberg (BA Hons)
Benjamin joined Lewis & Tucker after a Graduate programme in Facilities Management at KPMG LLP. Prior to that he gained a 2:1 (Hons) in History from Kings College London and spent several years studying abroad. Benjamin manages a portfolio of multi-tenanted Commercial Properties, with the Units largely held on short-term Leases. He is responsible for all aspects of the management of these Properties, from Leases Renewals through to supervising the onsite staff. Benjamin enjoys a particularly active and close relationship with his Clients. Benjamin is married with three children. He enjoys spending time with his family during his spare time as well as furthering his studies in a variety of fields.
