We have a vast experience of Buildings Insurance and handle the policies, schedules and claims procedures. We combine our surveying, valuation, management and insurance expertise to ensure that our clients have the correct level and range of cover for their properties.

This expertise extends further in the event of a claim where our management team liase with residents and clients to ensure repairs are carried out efficiently alongside processing the paperwork that claims produce.

We at Lewis & Tucker Management pride ourselves on commitment to our clients making ourselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist with and reduce the impact of an emergency at a any property we manage.

If an emergency occurs during normal working hours lessees simply call our office. However, if the emergency occurs outside normal office hours then our out of hours contact number is available.
