In all our accounting procedures we ensure our clients are kept fully informed about their financial affairs, whilst ensuring the total integrity and independence of each client’s financial arrangements. The Property Portfolio Management System (PPMS) of QUBE is used extensively by our property managers, accounts and administrative staff and links all areas of our work. Amongst many other features, PPMS automatically tracks management activity and emails managers to prompt them on such matters as cyclical maintenance, AGMs, arrears collection and budget reviews. Statements, reports and email documents can be produced almost instantly to meet Clients’ and residents’ needs making our proactive, informative management style even more efficient.
